Couples therapy offers a space for partners to slow down, listen more deeply, and better understand one another’s needs, histories, and emotional worlds. Whether you are navigating conflict, trust concerns, life transitions, or disconnection, our work focuses on creating greater safety, clarity, and mutual respect in your relationship.
My approach centers collaboration, cultural humility, and emotional attunement. I support couples in identifying unhelpful cycles, strengthening communication, and developing skills for navigating challenges together. This work honors each partner’s voice while supporting the growth of the relationship as a shared system.
Couples therapy is offered in both 55-minute and 90-minute formats to support different needs and financial capacities.
In-network with the following insurances: Cigna, Evernorth, United Healthcare, and Optum.
I am committed to providing care that is respectful, transparent, and as accessible as possible.
Couples therapy sessions (55 minutes) are $130. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to support clients with financial need, based on availability.
The 55-minute session is designed to offer a more accessible option for couples with tighter budgets. Meaningful and impactful work absolutely still happens in this format. We may focus on one primary theme or concern per session and move through the work in more contained steps over time.
Both options center safety, collaboration, and skill-building. The choice often depends on your financial capacity, scheduling needs, and how much space feels supportive for your relationship right now.
I am committed to providing care that is respectful, transparent, and as accessible as possible.
Couple therapy sessions (90 minutes) are $170. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to support clients with financial need, based on availability.
The 90-minute session allows for more spacious, in-depth work. This extended time can be especially helpful when unpacking complex relational patterns, navigating conflict, or working through emotionally charged conversations. It gives us room to slow down, process fully, and rebuild connection without feeling rushed.
Both options center safety, collaboration, and skill-building. The choice often depends on your financial capacity, scheduling needs, and how much space feels supportive for your relationship right now.
