Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Each person carries a unique history, culture, identity, and set of experiences that shape how they move through the world. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in respect for your lived reality.

Rather than focusing on “fixing” symptoms, I focus on understanding you within your relationships, communities, and systems. Together, we explore what has helped you survive, what may no longer be serving you, and what support looks like moving forward.

My work is informed by several interconnected frameworks that center connection, nervous system awareness, cultural humility, and liberation.
